Saturday, September 24, 2011 – Depart for South Africa
Day 1: Sunday, September 25, 2011 – Cape Town – 4 nights
Arrive at the Johannesburg Airport. Go through customs and fly to Cape Town. Upon arrival at the Cape Town Airport, transfer to your hotel, the Townhouse Hotel, for overnight.

Day 2: Monday, September 26, 2011 – Cape Town – B/L/D
After breakfast, check out of your hotel. Visit Table Mountain via the Cable Car, weather permitting. Marvel at the spectacular view of Cape Town, the ocean, Robben Island and the surrounding areas. Visit Jewel Africa where you will find exquisitely unique hand crafted jewelry pieces, authentic African craft, décor and gift items. Do a site inspection and have lunch at the African Pride 15 On Orange Hotel. Proceed to the Groot Constantia Wine Estate in the Constantia Wine Route; go on a cellar tour and have a wine tasting of some of their locally grown wines. Tour the Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens. Check into the Vineyard Hotel & Spa and enjoy a Welcome Dinner, a five course wine pairing meal.

Day 3: Tuesday, September 27, 2011 – Cape Town – B
After breakfast, check out of your hotel. Travel along the beautiful coast, through Hout Bay and along the spectacular Chapman’s Peak Drive. Visit Cape Point, the most south-western point of the African Continent. Enjoy lunch on your own account at the Black Marlin Restaurant overlooking False Bay. After lunch, visit the local African Penguin Colony at Boulders Beach. Proceed to the Commodore Hotel where you will stay for the next two nights. The Commodore Hotel is conveniently situated on the V&A Waterfront. After a site inspection of the Commodore Hotel and the sister hotel next door, The Portswood Hotel, enjoy dinner on your own account, either at the hotel or at one of the restaurants on the Waterfront.

Day 4: Wednesday, September 28, 2011 – Cape Town – B/L
After breakfast, depart for a Cultural Tour. Drive through District Six. In the township of Langa, enjoy the local market, arts and crafts. Visit the townships of Gugulethu, Nyanga, Crossroads, and Khayelitsha. Continue to the Stellenbosch Winelands and visit the Protea Hotel Stellenbosch for a site inspection and lunch. Travel through Stellenbosch, one of the oldest cities in South Africa and the center of the Cape Winelands. Proceed to the Van Ryn Brandy Distillery for a tour and brandy tasting. Day 5: Thursday, September 29, 2011 – Johannesburg – 1 night - B/L
After an early breakfast, check out of your hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight to Johannesburg. ( This flight to JNB will be part of your international ticket that you will have booked) Upon arrival, depart for Lesedi Cultural Village for a presentation, tour of the cultural village, a dance performance and lunch. On the way to your hotel, go on a general tour of Johannesburg. Check into your hotel for dinner on your own and overnight, the African Rock Hotel

Day 6: Friday, September 30, 2011 – Pilanesberg – 1 night - B/D
After breakfast, check out of your hotel. Do a site inspection with Rovos Rail, The Pride of Africa, “The most luxurious train in the world”, in Pretoria at Capital Station. Transfer to the Ivory Tree Game Lodge in the Pilanesberg Game Reserve for a site inspection and overnight. Experience a game drive and return to the Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Saturday, October 1, 2011 – Johannesburg – 1 night - B
After a game drive and breakfast, check out of your Lodge. Visit Sun City for a site inspection and lunch. Depart for Johannesburg and check into your hotel, the Legacy Airport Grand Hotel, for overnight.

Day 8: Sunday, October 2, 2011 - Kruger Park – 2 nights – B/L/D
After breakfast, transfer to the airport and check in for your flight to Hoedspruit. ( NTABA Tours holds this group block of seats and you will book it through them separately.) Upon arrival at the Hoedspruit Airport, be met by your game ranger and be transferred to the Kapama River Lodge in the Kapama Private Game Reserve. Enjoy lunch and your first game drive that afternoon. You will have the chance to see the Big 5 – elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion and leopard.

Each of the full days at the Kapama Private Game Reserve will include:
All meals and two daily game drives in 10-passenger open Landrover vehicles with your skilled ranger and tracker to find the animals of Africa for you to admire. This is Big 5 Country…..Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino and Buffalo all of which are possible to see during your stay at Kapama. Each morning at Kapama, expect an early wakeup call and gather for refreshments before heading out at first light. The “big cats” may still be around after their night of hunting. During the day, there is ample free time to relax at the lodge or around the pool, go on a guided bush walk or participate in several extra optional activities. Late afternoon, convene for high tea, before departing for the day’s second African Bush Safari. Enjoy a sundowner drink along the way, get out of the vehicle to stretch your legs, and watch the sun go down over the distant Drakensberg Mountains. As darkness descends, it’s time to continue the Game Drive to let the tracker scan the landscape with a spotlight picking out the glinting eyes of nocturnal animals. Return to the lodge for dinner.

Day 9: Monday, October 3, 2011 - Kruger Park – B/L/D
Get up early for a game drive. Experience Africa as it awakens to a new day. Return to the lodge for breakfast. Inspect the rest of the luxury lodges and tented accommodation in the private game reserve. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Extra optional activities and pampering at the local spa are available at your own cost. Enjoy lunch and some more relaxing before departing for your afternoon/evening game drive. Return to lodge for dinner.
Day 10: Tuesday, October 4, 2011 – Johannesburg – 1 night - B
After your morning game drive and breakfast, depart for the airport for your flight to Johannesburg. Upon arrival at the Johannesburg International Airport, check into your hotel, the Protea Hotel OR Tambo, for overnight. Dinner on your own account.

Day 11: Wednesday, October 5, 2011 – Victoria Falls – 2 nights – B/D
After breakfast, check out of your hotel and check in for your flight to Kasane, Botswana, on Air Botswana. (This is the 2nd round trip ticket that NTABA holds the group block for and you will book it through them.) Upon arrival in Kasane, be transferred to your luxury Victoria Falls Safari Lodge in Zimbabwe. Lunch is on your own account at the Lodge. In the afternoon enjoy the Sunset Cruise on the Zambezi River. You will have the chance of seeing hippos and an abundance of bird life. Free drinks and snacks are served on the cruise. Transfer to the Boma – Place of Eating, for Dinner and enjoy an unforgettable African experience of Zimbabwe cuisine with live entertainment, including dancers, singers, local story teller and drumming. Return to the Lodge for overnight.

Day 12: Thursday, October 6, 2011 - Victoria Falls – B/D
After breakfast, depart for a Tour of the spectacular Victoria Falls, one of the greatest natural wonders of the world. Visit to local African craft market. Back at the Lodge, enjoy lunch on your own account. Have a presentation on all the different activities available in the Victoria Falls area. Dinner and overnight at Lodge.

Day 13: Friday, October 7, 2011 – Botswana – 2 nights - B/D
After breakfast, depart for Botswana. On your way, stop in at Imbabala Safari Lodge for a site inspection. Transfer across the border into Botswana to the Elephant Valley Lodge which lies in the Kasane Forest Reserve, adjacent to the Chobe National Park in Botswana. Settle into your Luxury Safari Tent which features en-suite shower and toilet. The lodge overlooks an extremely productive water hole. For your stay in Elephant Valley Lodge, all meals are included. Enjoy your game drive that afternoon before dinner and overnight.

Day 14: Saturday, October 8, 2011 – Botswana – B/L/D
Have an early morning river cruise. Enjoy the day at leisure and doing a site inspection of the property. Have lunch at the lodge, relax and observe game coming to drink at the waterhole. Depart for your game drive that afternoon before dinner and overnight.
Day 15: Sunday, October 9, 2011 - B
After breakfast, transfer to the Kasane Airport for your flight to Johannesburg and then on to the U.S.A.
Monday, October 10, 2011 – Arrive back in the U.S.A
