OSSN will send a confirmation letter by EMAIL ( to the email address you have
indicated above) upon receiving your application. You can then decide if you
want to pay by credit card or by check for the Conference. Airfare and air taxes/
fees MUST be paid by check or money order only.
Once we receive your application by email or by fax, we will confirm you (
by email back to you) and will advise of total costs ( listed above) on the confirmation
letter we send to you by email. If you want to pay by credit card for the LAND
portion of the conference, you will let us know immediately and OSSN WILL THEN
SEND YOU A CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM BY EMAIL OR FAX. If payment is not
received within 5 days, your reservation request will be declined.
CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR LAND PORTION OF CONFERENCE:
Prior to 90 days: $150
p.p.
90 days to 45 days prior: 50% of conference price
44 days to date of departure:
full penalty
CANCELLATION POLICIES for AIRFARE on Emirates Air:
Air payment is due in full within 10 days of booking. Payments for airfares
are due by check or money order.
Cancellation policy for air tickets are as follows:
90-46 days prior to departure: penalty is $200.00 p.p.
45-16 days prior: $
400.00 p.p. for airfare
15-0 days prior: full penalty for airfare
OSSN suggests the purchase of trip cancellation Insurance.
You may contact OSSN for more information about booking insurance or elect
to use the carrier of your choice.
