Membership Agreement and Statement of Liability Membership is valid from one year from date of application. Member fees are non-refundable. Members receive the Online Copy of the Outside Sales Support Network's Member Handbook. Credit Card holders are given instant access into the OSSN "Members Only" website. This instant access constitutes delivery of proprietary information and fulfills services rendered. You will receive your membership letter and ID card in approximately 14 days. All materials, text, images and forms are the property of the Outside Sales Support Network and are protected under U.S. Copyright Laws. Duplicating or copying such materials in our members only secured area is forbidden. You may not copy, display, distribute, download, license, modify, publish, re-post, reproduce, reuse, sell, transmit, use to create a derivative work, or otherwise use the content of the Site for public or commercial purposes. Nothing on the OSSN.com Site shall be construed to confer any grant or license of any intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, by implication, or otherwise. Mediation and Arbitration If a dispute arises out of or relates to this member agreement, or breach thereof, and if the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, the parties agree first to try in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation before resorting to arbitration, litigation, or some other dispute resolution procedure. If mediation is not successful, the parties will settle by arbitration. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. In the event that both parties cannot agree on a mediator or arbitrator, then the parties agree to the selection of a mediator or arbitrator by the American Arbitration Association.
