New Independent Contractor Member: $155.00

This is an "Individual" member category. You may select this category of membership if you work through a host agency as an outside agent or independent contractor or if you work with multiple agencies and also if you work directly with suppliers. However, if you are interested in securing a TRUE Code booking code to work directly with suppliers, then you should select the "Agency Membership" category.

Renewing Independent Contractor Member: $105.00

This category is for renewing individuals only.

New Couple: $190.00

Select this category if you are individuals sharing the same mailing address and working through a host agency partner or booking direct with the supplier.

Renewing Couple: $145.00

This category is for renewing couples only.

Travel Agency: $205.00

Select this category if you are either 1.) already working directly with the supplier community on a direct basis with your TRUE Code, CLIA code or an IATA /ARC number OR # 2) If you are planning to secure an IATA-Based TRUE code after you join OSSN as an New Travel Agency member. This category is also for agencies that are seeking to recruit other OSSN member outside agents to sell the agency's products and services. OSSN will list your agency in the OSSN website and provide E-mail links to your address and links to your website to traffic interested OSSN members to you. Two individuals will receive OSSN member benefits under your agency membership. This category of membership is required if you intend to secure your TRUE code from OSSN. Contact OSSN at true@ossn.org with your Agency information to be listed properly in the OSSN.com site.

This is OSSN's "Allied Supplier" category and is for Cruise Lines, Tour Operators, Airlines, Car Rental Companies, Hoteliers, Tourist Boards, Software Companies, Web Service Providers, Insurance Companies and Consortiums. Membership Agreement and Statement of Liability

Membership is valid from one year from date of application. Member fees are non-refundable. Members receive the Online Copy of the Outside Sales Support Network's Member Handbook. Credit Card holders are given instant access into the OSSN "Members Only" website. This instant access constitutes delivery of proprietary information and fulfills services rendered. You will receive your membership letter and ID card in approximately 14 days.

All materials, text, images and forms are the property of the Outside Sales Support Network and are protected under U.S. Copyright Laws. Duplicating or copying such materials in our members only secured area is forbidden. You may not copy, display, distribute, download, license, modify, publish, re-post, reproduce, reuse, sell, transmit, use to create a derivative work, or otherwise use the content of the Site for public or commercial purposes. Nothing on the OSSN.com Site shall be construed to confer any grant or license of any intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, by implication, or otherwise.

O.S.S.N. is not responsible for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, non-performance, or any other irregularity, or any consequences resulting therefrom, which may be occasional through, neglect, default, or any other action of association/company, carrier or person engaged in the service of O.S.S.N.

Privacy Policy: OSSN does not sell or knowingly transmit information to other sources. Any email inquires or information collected from this website will be used solely for communication purposes and will not be added to any thrid party opt in mailing lists or sold to any third party.

Mediation and Arbitration

If a dispute arises out of or relates to this member agreement, or breach thereof, and if the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, the parties agree first to try in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation before resorting to arbitration, litigation, or some other dispute resolution procedure. If mediation is not successful, the parties will settle by arbitration. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. In the event that both parties cannot agree on a mediator or arbitrator, then the parties agree to the selection of a mediator or arbitrator by the American Arbitration Association.
