PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
By Gary M. Fee

TIME TO REFLECT AND A TIME TO LOOK FORWARD

What happened to 2003? Where did it go? Does it seem like time is flying by? If you said yes, I agree with you. Now is the time to start planning for 2004 if you have not already done so. After returning from the Luxury Travel Expo held in Las Vegas, NV from December 1st to December 5th and meeting so many members, suppliers and our OSSN chapter directors, I can tell you it gave me plenty of new goals and direction for OSSN in 2004.

What new goals do you have for your business for 2004? Have you made them yet? Did you write them down? Have you incorporated your new goals into your business plan for the new year? If you have not done any of these things for your business as of yet or you do not have any goals or direction for your business, you will more than likely find 2004 a difficult year for yourself.

As we bring in the New Year, it is also important to reflect back upon 2003. For OSSN, 2003 was successful. It was a fast-paced year with many accomplishments and growth. As I look back upon 2003 I would like to take a moment and review some of our Association’s achievements.
