Easy Accessibility

GTT has three primary reservation centers that cover the Eastern, Central and Western Time Zones.

GTT maintains two “Travel Agent Only” websites. The first site www.gttglobal.com provides agents with the ability to lookup by city pair and dates both net airfares and non-capped commissions for published international airfares including First and Business Class. The second website, www.gttnetfares.com provides agents with an easy to use booking engine allowing them to book, change, cancel, markup and apply payment to the PNR online.

To access our fares online, travel agents must go to either site to complete the “Get A Login” form. Once this is done, GTT will reply with an email providing a login, password and general instructions on how to access our fares via the Internet or in the Sabre Rate Manager program. GTT can also set up a bridge for booking and releasing published fare PNR’s through the Worldspan, Sabre or Amadeus reservation systems.

Quality Services

The agents in our 3 primary reservation centers are friendly and knowledgeable with an average of 12 years reservation sales experience and 3-5 years working with GTT. Each sales agent is highly qualified with superior reservations and ticketing skills on a minimum of two GDS's, either Worldspan, Sabre or the Amadeus reservations system.

GTT accepts agency checks and MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. Most airlines now accept credit cards as form of payment on their contract fares and therefore GTT will not have any additional charge. For the few carriers that do not accept credit cards, GTT will charge 4 percent additional on the gross. A signed, imprinted UCC is preferable but not required if the passenger is using their own credit card. For any 3rd party request, GTT requires a signed letter of indemnification from the Agents office indicating their willingness to be responsible for any credit card charge backs. (MCO's as a form of payment are not acceptable).
