Is a Certified Travel Associate and Accredited Cruise Counselor. Will earn Master Cruise Counselor in November, 2004. In travel industry for eight years as home based agent. Seven of those years were with various host agencies such as CruiseWiz Travel Services, Colony Crossings and Travel Planners International. As of 3-23-03 became owner of Juel's Travel & Cruises and celebrated it's first anniversary on March 22, 2004 with it's loyal customers.

Peggy Ann Schwettmann - the OSSN Chapter Director of New Mexico

I left a career in medical administration 12 years ago to further my interests in exploring our world. Having amassed some knowledge by traveling "off the cuff", I put that to use and shared what I had learned with
others. Watching travel plans take form and become an unforgettable experience for folks has been not only enjoyable, but educational as well. The day I left the "brick and mortar" agency to begin my own service-oriented travel company-- to the sounds of "you can't do that" was the day Sea/Air Specialties was born. Watching the travel industry change these last few years - in the direction of the home-based agent - has been exciting! At Sea-Air Specialties, we focus on giving our clients the best possible experience for their budget.....not just a "trip". We enjoy booking cruises, package tours, international air and we do quite a bit of convention and meeting planning. It seems to be working quite well!

As OSSN Chapter Director of New Mexico, I look forward to sharing educational forums and support for our home businesses with other agents. Thank you for this opportunity!
