Selling Europe in 2005

Europe in 2005 is a time when you need to help your client's learn to travel smarter. We have seen a very strong demand for European travel, particularly for peak travel periods in spring and summer.

It is better for your clients to prebook as much as possible including hotels, tours, rail, car rentals and museums tickets, in advance. When they have all of this booked in advance they are guaranteed these rates will not change and they will not have any surprises while in Europe. A well established tour operator will know the best way to stretch your client's dollar.

There is a large demand for Europe in 2005 as many of your clients are just beginning to travel again after the Sept. 11 attacks. 2004 was our best year in the last 15 years of business and we expect 2005 to be better. The US Dollar may be weak against the Euro and British Pound, but the experience more than makes up its weakness.

There are several options to work with when selling Europe for 2005:

What we are suggesting to agents for 2005 is to include some countryside areas in the client's package, as the countryside is less costly than doing all the major cities. The Italian, French, English, German countryside will all be less costly to the clients. We suggest you include these areas with some of the major cities, for the client's itinerary and this provides them with a unique travel experience.

Another recommendation is to tour Eastern Europe, which still has savings over Western Europe mainly because their pricing initially started lower.

Traveling off season to Europe not only saves money, it gives the clients a relaxed pace due to less crowds. During the off season hotel and airfare rates are lower as well.

Selling groups that are customized to the group's interests and budget is a great way to get the package cost down. With groups your tour operator has more leverage on pricing of the package.

Europe Made Easy has secured an excellent rate in Euros to save us from having to raise any of our pricing for 2005. With these secured rates we are able to guarantee your clients a savings and they have no worry about the largest part of their package, as it will be all prebooked and paid in US Dollars. Your client's package will be designed specifically for them and their budget. We also offer your clients a wonderful Independent touring booklet that includes helpful hints on ways to save money while traveling to the locations they visit in Europe.

We will be able to give them a unique variety and work with their budget to let them experience Europe worry free and efficient manor.
