Just the FAX!

Whether you're an independent contractor or a homebased agency owner, it is important to have the proper tools to run your business. The ability to send and receive faxes is almost as important as having a phone or email. According to a survey done last month by OSSN, 78 percent of agents have a fax machine in their office, while 22 percent use an electronic method of faxing.

Traditional Fax Machine

Having a fax machine in the office can be convenient but costly. There is the expense of the equipment, maintenance, and paper and ink, not to mention the monthly cost of an additional phone line.

When working with and managing paper faxes, you need to have someone assigned to retrieve, sort, distribute, and file the faxes. And what if there is a paper jam or the memory gets full? You could lose an important fax from a client or a confirmation from a supplier!
