How often do you have a group of people that you would like to meet with, talk with, or get together-- but because of the distances or the time involved, you can't connect easily?

The next time this happens, think about hosting a conference call!

The Internet offers us online chat opportunities, but a conference call can often be more effective. In a Web chat session, there is usually a delay in the questions and answers. Sometimes, several other questions may be asked in between the answers to earlier questions. In a conference call, however, all participants can ask questions and share ideas live -- making the flow much easier to follow.
