Dear Diary:

It's 8 a.m. on Sunday, and I have an appointment at 5 p.m. today at my clients' home to go over their upcoming trip to Greece and Turkey. It's a little over a month before they leave on their trip, and this is normally the time when clients start to really think about the vacation that we may have planned months ago. I have also realized when looking at my calendar that I have a deadline today for an article on selling luxury travel. I decided it would be best to work on my client's presentation before writing the article, since I know that it will take me time to create a personalized handbook on their upcoming trip. The article will have to take second priority today.

8:30 a.m. -- I scour my files for reference material on Greece and Turkey. I look for my notes on the trip I made to Athens earlier this year. I search the Web for more information and pictures to include in the material. I cut, copy, and paste any pertinent data on all of the five-star hotels that they will be staying at (as well as on the cruise that they will be taking).
