Don't Get BLOGged Down By Endless Reviews!

How
would you like a way to be able to write a daily report and have
it published to the Internet for your office staff, clients, or
family to be able to read? How would you like to be able to do this
while on the road -- or without a laptop computer? And, best of
all, how would you like doing this without having your own Web site
or knowing any HTML terms or other complex codes?
There's new technology to help you do just that! It's
called a "Blog," or as defined by Webster, an online diary, a personal
chronological log of thoughts published on a Web page (also called
a "Weblog"). Blogging is simple. Basically, you sign into any computer
accessing the Internet (although using your own laptop may be a
bit more convenient, as you could write while offline and upload
when you access the Net), sign into your blog, and begin typing.
You can change fonts, colors, or include photos to enhance your
blog, making it as professional or as personal as you are.
Blogs can be used for many purposes -- including training,
sharing information, daily reporting, or just plain fun. If you
have independent contractors or outside sales staff, this is a great
way to keep them advised of changes in office procedures or meeting
minutes.
