Two OSSN leaders -- Penney Rudicil (left), our Eastern Regional Manager, and Patricia Bannister, the president of OSSN's chapter in Memphis, Tenn. -- helped organize the volunteer support efforts for a recent project with the hit ABC-TV show "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition."

They took charge of securing food and refreshments for the army of volunteers and crew members who built a new home in middle Tennessee for a very deserving family.

OSSN salutes Penney and Patricia for giving back to their communities and setting a wonderful example for home-based travel agents everywhere!

OSSN Texas Chapter

OSSN's chapters in Texas joined forces this month to partner with the convention and visitors bureau in Galveston for a very special fam weekend. OSSN members and other travel professionals were invited to a multi-day visit to experience firsthand the many attractions and amenities in Galveston -- one of America's newest and fastest growing cruise ports.
