What You Are REALLY Selling

Yea, I know you think you are selling travel products to me. You may even think you are selling me a great vacation, great times with my family, beautiful photo opportunities, and great memories. But you aren't. Heck, I can get those by going online and making my own vacation plans (or at least I think I can.)

What you are really selling me are your skills, your experience, your knowledge! That's right, not a cruise or a tour; not a walk along the Danube or a visit to the Great Barrier Reef; you're selling me your travel experiences, your time spent studying for your CTC or MCC, your reviews of other agents' experiences. You're selling me your entire breadth of knowledge about travel and wonderful vacations, something I can't get by going online.
