Don’t Stop Sending Brochures!

You haven’t stopped sending me brochures, have you? Please, no matter how much you want to do everything on the Internet, don’t stop sending me brochures.

They grab my attention; they paint beautiful word pictures of exciting destinations; they give me a better feel for the life and spirit of the places I want to visit. They make me “want to be there.”

These, days too many companies rely on the Internet to reach me. They think that, because I do a lot of shopping online, it is the only medium I look at. The problem with this thinking is it misses how I really see the Internet.
