Streamlining Email

Many OSSN agents receive hundreds of email messages every week. How can you manage that information flow to sort out the good stuff from the spam?

Direct friends and family members to a personal account, away from your business email. "Save personal email for home," says Nancy Flynn, who wrote the book E-Mail Rules.
