The car rental giant introduced its first formal travel agency program in 2005. Travel agencies around the United States helped Enterprise plan the program, and it shows. In a revolutionary step, Enterprise offers a truly customizable plan with three different options for rates and commissions. You can offer your clients Enterprise's standard GDS rates to earn 5 percent commissions, or you can choose among three alternative GDS rates with varying commission levels (0 percent, 10 percent, or 15 percent).
