OSSN Chapters

Twenty OSSN
Chapter Directors attend OSSN's Directors meeting in Boston,
Mass., near Logan Airport on May 21, 2006. After this board
meeting, the directors joined almost 300 other OSSN agents to
sail from Boston aboard the new Royal Caribbean ship "Freedom
of the Seas." |
OSSN takes great strides to help provide our Chapter Directors with all of the proper tools they require to run a local chapter. Each chapter is provided management and financial support from OSSN National and our Regional Mangers. Included with this support, OSSN provides a very sophisticated Chapter Director Website that allows training, E-Communication tools, database management member platforms, report generators, chapter guidelines, messages boards, print tools, press formats, and other E-tools. Chapter Director board meetings are held twice a year and, at other times, we schedule online meetings using OSSN's WebEx technology.
I point out all of this information for a couple of reasons. First, knowing that OSSN provides local chapters with such support helps insure the continued success of the chapter. OSSN has found that other associations without this type on inner structure have a high failure rate. To avoid this pitfall, OSSN has allocated the resources and time required to help insure the success of each chapter that is established.
Second, to continue our agenda of chapter growth, OSSN seeks members who are interested in establishing a chapter in their city or region. Want to learn more about organizing a chapter? Contact us at info@ossn.com! Let us know your interest, and we will provide the steps to help you accomplish your desire to create a local OSSN chapter.
You'll find OSSN 'sChapter Directors listed here -- www.ossn.com/chapters.asp. And, we've posted their chapter meetings on this page: www.ossn.com/calendar.asp.
I urge all of our members to support your local chapter meetings, and we ask you to communicate with your local Chapter Director if you have specific meeting topics in mind.
