Make Me a Client – Forever!

I’ve been with my travel agent for a long time. Sure, she does all the standard things real well. She asks us what we want to do and where we want to go. She searches for the best rates and specials. And, she consults with us at every turn. But, she also does something else that really locks us in with her.

It may seem petty or patronizing, but very often (after the reservations have been made and deposits sent) our consultant calls and tells us how excited she is about the vacation we are going to take. She sounds so enthusiastic and genuinely interested about the buying decisions that it reinforces our conviction that we made good choices and we will have a great time.
