Managing Your Travel Business: Organizing Your Email

What story would your email system tell about you?

Do you find your inbox clogged with hundreds (or thousands) of old emails, stored simply by date received, so that it's tough for you to find past messages when you need them?

Or, do you pride yourself on deleting just-read messages immediately -- to the point that you sometimes scramble in panic when you've lost a client's email that you should have filed instead?

This article will not give you a foolproof system for organizing your email. Why? Every home-based agent is different -- and, therefore, your information needs will differ, too. However, you may pick up a few ideas from the strategies presented here that will help you cut down on email clutter and speed up your communications with clients and suppliers.
