Question:
Late last month, two of my best clients found themselves caught
up in a major mess at a metropolitan U.S. airport. As they joined
the line at one of the airport's security checkpoints, a man ahead
of them caused a huge stir by protesting the way a security screener
was inspecting his carry-on bag. He yelled loudly enough, in fact,
that two supervisors got involved in calming him down and separating
him to the side for a more thorough search!
While this was happening, another passenger's bag jammed inside the X-ray machine, forcing screeners to shut down the machine for a few minutes to clear it.
