Think about your typical clients -- not family members and friends, but the average consumers who've done business with you this past year. How did they find you?

Chances are they didn't contact you based on meeting you in person, or talking with you over the phone, or even responding to a direct mailing or your business card. More often these days, our customers locate us -- and make decisions about doing business with us -- via our Web sites.
