Chapter Chats
New York:
OSSN made a huge splash at the recent New York Times Travel Show! On the trade show floor, Monique Peragine and Karen DeQuasie (l to r) – two of OSSN’s chapter directors from New York – worked the record-breaking crowds at the Javits Center in New York City, sharing travel ideas and telling potential members about the benefits of OSSN. Also, OSSN President Gary M. Fee moderated a panel on home-based travel agents during the show’s travel trade day.

Atlanta:
Trudie Robinson -- the director of the OSSN Atlanta Chapter -- reports that her group’s “Jamaica Bash” in Atlanta on March 15 was a huge success! Air Jamaica, Sandals, and other suppliers turned out to host Atlanta-area home-based agents at the event. Penney Rudicil, OSSN’s Eastern Regional Manager, turned Trudie’s Jamaica Bash into a “Smilebox” slide show with music.

Richmond/Norfolk:
John Grygalonis -- the director of the OSSN Richmond/Norfolk (Va.) Chapter -- represented OSSN at two recent travel agent events hosted by Travel Trade Shows. On March 14, he greeted 35 agents at the show in Richmond (six of them were members of his chapter). The next day, he talked with 14 agents who attended the event in Norfolk (and 11 of them were OSSN chapter members!).

Memphis:
No matter when OSSN agents go, they’re always working!
On their way to a “boot camp” training event organized by Jurni are (l to r) Penney Rudicil (OSSN’s Eastern Regional Manager, who’s on her phone), Patricia Bannister (director of the OSSN Memphis Area Chapter, who’s apparently driving and reading at the same time!), and Carol Hall (a member of the OSSN Nashville Chapter who’s also on her phone!).
As the other photos show, they joined other Jurni agents from around the country in workshops to improve their selling and administrative skills and grow their home-based travel businesses!
