Mark Murphy (the president of Modern Agent Magazine) wrote a great article about going to his son’s baseball game. At the game, the subject of travel came up. He went on to say that, wherever we go, people are interested in travel and it would be good for travel agents to remind individuals, right on the spot, what you could do for them if they were your client. His basic concept was to look for travel everywhere you go.
