Our company (www.VillaDirect.com) manages more than 550 pool homes, townhomes, and condominiums ranging in size from 900 to 4,820 square feet. In other words, even our small vacation rental unit is more than twice the size of a typical hotel room. In addition, each property offers two to seven bedrooms and is ideally located within 10 miles of the area’s top attractions (such as the Walt Disney World Resort).
