Chapter Chats

Mike Maino

Mike Maino (r), the former president of the International Airline Travel Agent Network (IATAN), recently visited OSSN Headquarters in Bradenton, Fla. Gary and Melody Fee enjoyed catching up with Maino, who was instrumental in working with OSSN to create the Travel Retailers Universal Enumeration (TRUE) system five years ago.

Daytona/Orlando

Myrtis Rimassa -- the director of the OSSN Daytona/Orlando Chapter -- reports a positive meeting last month with her group at the Comfort Inn in Deland, Fla. Andrew Christo (standing) with Monarch Classic Cruises shared ideas with these agents about growing their Mediterranean cruise sales.

LEARN SOMETHING NEW TODAY!

The travel industry is changing in so many ways every single day.  How do you keep on top of all of this change?  You could spend hours sifting through various sources of information. Or you could...    View a WEBINAR on the OSSN website!

What's a WEBINAR?
It is a short online presentation.  Think of it like watching a mini tv show right on your computer screen.  No commercials, no interruptions, just straightforward facts on the specific topic you have selected.

How Many WEBINARS Are There?
The OSSN website currently has over 30 different WEBINARS for you to view from past presentations.  In addition, a new WEBINAR is produced each month.

We have posted the upcoming WEBINAR schedule as well as a list of past WEBINARS which are still available for you to view.
