Patricia Bannister -- the director of OSSN's chapter in Memphis, northern Mississippi, and eastern Arkansas -- led a group of 51 travel agents onboard the Celebrity Cruises ship Constellation last month! During this 10-day sailing, the agents took part in several seminars to learn how to grow their home-based businesses. Patricia presented information on OSSN itself, including the many benefits members can use every day. Also, several Celebrity representatives visited with the group to talk about how the ship runs and what makes it special for passengers. The agents also discussed issues ranging from marketing and technology to helpful Web sites and the steps needed to set up and build a home-based travel business. |
