2008’s Surprises

I’m
writing this column from Las Vegas, during the Luxury Travel Expo and the Home
Based Travel Agent Expo shows. From the trade show floors to the food court in
the convention area, thousands of agents and suppliers are making plans for a
busy and prosperous 2008.
At OSSN, we believe the New Year will be an historic turning
point for the home-based travel agent channel. Based on what I’ve seen in
2007, I’ll throw out these predictions for the coming year:
