My article in the May issue of the “OSSN E-Agent” (“When My Left Hand Cuts Off My Right Hand, Which One Wins?”) covered the love/hate relationships within the travel industry. It is always one travel faction against another, the never-ending bad mouthing about why everyone’s end of the business is the only one that knows what it is doing. Despite the bickering and infighting, the industry grows. In all of my years in travel – having the opportunity to work with agents, airlines, hotels, tour operators, and every other travel entity – I have never understood why only a few have the vision to unite the industry.
