Almost 30 home-based agents attended the Oct. 9 meeting of the OSSN Nashville Chapter at a local Hometown Buffet restaurant. Penney Rudicil -- the chapter's president and OSSN's Eastern Regional Manager -- reports that the agents enjoyed an informative presentation by Sue Herrick, who represents Coral Princess Cruises and the Vanuatu Islands. Dolores Samms, the director of the OSSN Miami Chapter, sends us this photo from her group's Oct. 10 meeting at a Ruby Tuesday restaurant in Miami Lakes, Fla. Sixteen agents learned how to plant and nurture "travel seeds" from Lenny Martinez, a business development manager for Norwegian Cruise Line. They also discussed how to set and adjust business plans.
