OSSN organized a wonderful group of agents for a Seminar at Sea aboard the “Celebrity Century” Sept. 3-13.

As director of the OSSN Memphis/Northern Miss./Eastern Ark. Chapter, I had the pleasure of leading this trip. We learned about Celebrity Cruises and the OSSN Web site. Also, we held roundtable discussions about marketing, technology, gadgets, E&O coverage, travel insurance, Web sites, and the pros and cons of going it alone versus working with a host agency.
