When we were growing up, this Golden Rule was the universal mantra of mothers everywhere. Unfortunately, many cruise specialists seem to have forgotten mom's words. Instead, they cling to outdated selling ideas. They're focused on making a quick sale -- any sale -- no matter what. The side effect can sometimes be losing sight of customer care.
