"Technology – No Place for Wimps!" That’s the caption of a famous “Dilbert cartoon” that may describe how many home-based agents feel sometimes about the machines and tools we use in our travel businesses.

I hope I’m not showing my age here, but I can still remember when I traded my last typewriter for my first computer. I remember watching my first fax come through the machine fresh from a roll of thermal paper. And, I remember my first cell phone that weighed as much as a brick!
