Delegate Your Way to Success!

One of the biggest challenges for a small business is finding a way to do everything by yourself. But the question we need to be asking ourselves, as small business owners, is "DO WE NEED TO DO IT ALL?" When most of us started our own travel businesses, we elected to do ALL tasks required to build our "small" business. We were working IN our business, but we had no time to work ON our business.

So many of us started out thinking we can really run a profitable "One Man Band." We designed our marketing material (which was really time consuming!) We entered every client's name into our database (IF we were even using a database).We made every call to each supplier to establish any new accounts. We entered every detail about every booking into our database (again, I say, IF we were even using a database). We personally completed every insurance form for every client. We folded every flyer that we were going to mail and probably licked every envelope that we put it in! We have spent A LOT of time working IN this business!
