Websites: To Have or Not to Have?

Now, that is the question. There have been many discussions on whether or not to have a website. There is no correct answer. Many have websites where your clients can book online. Others have websites where you have to fill out a form or send an email in order to be connected to an agent who will do the booking for the client. Is one better than the other? That depends on you.

For me, I wanted some of both. I wanted my clients to be able to book with “MY” preferred suppliers, and I also wanted them to have to contact me on most of their bookings, so that is what I did.
