While looking at the new membership forms that OSSN has for its members, I happened to read over the list of “Membership Benefits." I find it important to know what is currently listed so that, when I am speaking to an agent about the many benefits that are available, I can recall them quickly and describe their features.But then, it occurred to me that, while puzzling over the title, that I might have it all backwards.
