Chicago


The OSSN Chicago Chapter welcomed its two new co-directors - Jennifer Brown and Maria Gregg Ramirez - during the group's July 21 meeting in Lombard, Ill. Elizabeth Killings with Fancy Free Holidays and TAP Alliance Partners gave a seminar on these suppliers' 2009 plans for the crowd of agents on hand. This session marked Maureen Sullivan's last time as chapter director, and OSSN wishes her well!

Memphis

Patricia Bannister - OSSN's South Eastern Regional Manager who also directs the OSSN Memphis Chapter - welcomed more than a dozen agents to her chapter's July 22 meeting. The featured speaker was Charlie Newton with SITA Worldwide Tours. The group also discussed OSSN's conferences and fams and other timely topics.

Mesa/Phoenix


Paula Goldsmith - the director of the OSSN Mesa/Phoenix Chapter - organized two successful meetings for her group last month. On July 8, the chapter gathered for a presentation by GOGO Worldwide Vacations (photo 1). Then, on July 29, her agents learned about the U.S. Virgin Islands!

New Jersey/Philadelphia

Hema Khan welcomed Isaac Cymrot with Travel Insured to the OSSN New Jersey/Philadelphia Chapter meeting on July 14 in Mt. Laurel, N.J. Her agents also talked during the meeting about general travel insurance questions, as well as Facebook and social networking tips.

North Carolina

The OSSN North Carolina Chapter held its July 16 meeting in Cary, N.C., for a special presentation about OSSN by Patricia Bannister (OSSN's South Eastern Regional Manager). Greta Jamieson (the chapter's director) says Patricia did an excellent job reviewing the many benefits of OSSN and TRUE.

Richmond/Norfolk



John Grygalonis - the director of the OSSN Richmond/Norfolk Chapter - held a wonderful cookout at his house for 16 local agents and guests on July 19. He led a very interactive networking session before the cookout, and the group celebrated two birthdays among the attendees!
