Chapter Chats

Birmingham

Darlene Allen (l) welcomed Kathy Brock (r) to the Nov. 17 meeting of the OSSN Birmingham Chapter, where Kathy shared a wealth of knowledge about AMA Waterways and Club Med. The agents learned a lot and enjoyed Kathy's door prizes!

Houston

The OSSN Houston Chapter turned out on Nov. 17 to see the Holland America Line Alaska Explorer Coach! Jeff Grieder (the chapter's director and OSSN's Midwest Regional Manager) welcomes HAL's Jeannie Robertson in the first photo, and he's shown in the last photo with Brenda O'Leary (l), the director of the Central Texas Chapter, and Janie Cadena (r), the director of the San Antonio Chapter. Jeff says his group learned a lot during Jeannie's presentation about Alaska selling

Mesa/Phoenix

Paula Goldsmith (far r) reports that her members in the OSSN Mesa Phoenix Chapter enjoyed their Nov. 18 visit at Casino Arizona with Adrian Bradley of Sandals & Beaches Resorts. Adrian shared product updates and current promotions with these agents, says Paula (the chapter's director).

San Antonio

The OSSN San Antonio Chapter also planned a visit from the Holland America Line Alaska Explorer Coach last month! On Nov. 19, Janie Cadena (the chapter's director) set up lunch at Joe's Crab Shack before guiding her agents onboard the motorcoach for an HAL presentation.

OSSN Chapter Directors Cruise

OSSN's executive team shared this moment aboard a recent pre-inaugural cruise on the new Royal Caribbean ship "Oasis of the Seas" in late November. See the "Presidents Message" in this issue of the "OSSN E-Agent" for a full report from Melody Fee on this event!
