In his January President's Message, Gary Fee spoke about focusing on your supplier relations. While it is very important to focus on this vital link, it is equally as important to focus on yourself and the development of your business. There is an area of support that is emerging in the travel industry that complements and enhances your current support system. This is called business coaching, where you employ the services of a business coach.
