When we launched the Outside Sales Support Network (OSSN) almost 20 years ago, the cutting-edge technologies in 1990 were clunky desktop computers and thermal-paper fax machines. Client files were kept in file drawers, not databases. And, travel agents worked in storefront agencies, not in their home offices.
