Nationally, there are a lot of people out of work, about 6 percent of our workforce. While 6 percent unemployment is depressing news, there is reason to be optimistic: 94 percent of our workforce is working. Many of those with jobs and the retirees that are financially sound continue to travel and are looking for the best value for their vacation dollar.
