Dream Big and Plan Well

I recently read an article written by Mark Murphy in which he quoted personal development guru Bob Moawad as saying, "Most people don’t aim too high and miss. They aim too low and hit." This is a great sound bite but when you think about it, it is just that, a "sound bite."

Now, I am not saying that I disagree with this statement, for I too believe that more often than not we aim too low in just about everything. When taking the long view for our business, we need to set our aim as high as our dreams and imagination will take us -- Dream big!
