Bobbie Murphy - the director of the OSSN Kentucky Chapter - welcomed Vivette Douglas of GOGO Worldwide Vacations to her group's Feb. 24 meeting. The agents gathered in the Frankfort, Ky., home of Maureen Halsey (a chapter member) for an informative discussion of GOGO's current programs and agent initiatives.

Daytona/Orlando

The OSSN Daytona/Orlando Chapter greeted agents at a booth next to the registration area for the Peninsula Show in Orlando. Myrtis Rimassa (pictured), the chapter's director, introduced OSSN to members and non-members alike who attended the agent event on Feb. 18.

Mesa Phoenix

Linda James with Pacific Delight Tours shared her company's 2009 plans and itineraries with members of the OSSN Mesa Phoenix Chapter during its Feb. 23 meeting. Paula Goldsmith (the chapter's director) reports lots of discussion about the tour company's upcoming programs.

Memphis

OSSN agents gathered at the Perkins Restaurant in Germantown, Tenn., for the OSSN Memphis/N. Miss./E. Ark. Chapter meeting last month. Patricia Bannister (the chapter's director and OSSN's South Eastern Regional Manager) welcomed Brandon Johnson with Travel Insured as the featured speaker. He discussed the importance of offering travel insurance to clients and securing waivers signed by travelers who turn down the coverage.
