Dallas

Lucy Warner - the director of the OSSN Dallas Chapter - reports a great turn out (despite a long day of rain!) for the group's Oct. 21 meeting at Spring Creek BBQ. Brian Murphy with Pacific Delight Tours shared updates on his company's product line and 2010 itineraries.

Hawaii

Members of the OSSN Hawaii Chapter (led by Stephanie Doane as director) traveled first class - by stretch limousine! - during the group's Oct. 13 meeting. The agents inspected five different AQUA hotels in Waikiki courtesy of a tour organized by Karishma Chowfin, the hotel company's sales director. Many thanks to AQUA Hotels and to Platinum Limousine Service for a memorable meeting!

Houston

The OSSN Houston Chapter drew a crowd of agents to hear Jill Forde with Cunard Line and Princess Cruises at the chapter's October meeting. Jeff Grieder (the chapter's director and OSSN's Midwest Regional Manager) reports that Jill discussed the FAQs of selling Cunard, as well as sales and marketing tips for promoting the different regions where Princess sails.

Mesa/Phoenix

The OSSN Mesa Phoenix Chapter welcomed Patti Burton with the Globus Family of Brands to its Oct. 6 meeting at the Casino Arizona. Many agents stayed after for the "Showstopper Musical Live" concert for pictures with "Cyndi Lauper" and "Elvis Presley."

New Mexico

Susan Huston with Crystal Cruises conducted a detailed training session for agents at the October meeting of the OSSN New Mexico Chapter. The group gathered at the St. Clair Winery & Bistro for this enjoyable evening organized by Keith Powell (the chapter's director).

Oregon

P.J. Ott - the director of the OSSN Oregon Chapter - welcomed Diann Holland with the Jamaica Tourist Board and Chuck Warner with Couples Resorts to her group's Oct. 15 meeting! The agents learned many new tips and secrets for selling romantic travel to their clients at this fun event.

Richmond/Norfolk

On Oct. 29, the OSSN Richmond/Norfolk Chapter featured Anthony Meloro with Royal Caribbean as its speaker. Chapter Director John Grygalonis says the agents were very interested in the RCI update presented at Mirabellas Italian Restaurant in Williamsburg, Va.

San Diego

The OSSN San Diego Chapter learned how to thrive, not just survive, as a home-based agent during its Oct. 20 gathering at Cafe Coyote in Old Town San Diego. Chapter Director Lei Gonzalez welcomed a special guest speaker: Anita Pagliasso (OSSN's Western Regional Manager), who gave away cruise videos at the meeting. Lei says she wants members to walk away from every meeting with new ideas to take their businesses to the next level!
