Education = Endless Rewards

It's been said that unless you experience it, you'll never know it! Well, this has never been truer than my last voyage with Princess Cruises on the "Sapphire Princess," cruising to the Mexican Rivera.
Princess (an OSSN allied supplier!) deserves special recognition for the program I participated in that allowed me to experience not only the rewards of my training with the Princess Academy, but also the benefits of being an "Elite Member" of the Captain's Circle. As a travel professional, I've always been a big advocate of selling your clients the brands they like and avoiding jumping lines for pricing, as most lines have the same itineraries or close to it. Now that I've experienced the benefits of being at the highest level of loyalty, I now know why this is such a privileged benefit.
